Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing us at:

Please note:

Customised or embroidered products cannot be cancelled once processing has
begun. - If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- COD charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund
will be issued to your original method of payment. - Refunds are initiated within 5 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. However, your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Custom orders cancelled after processing.
- Orders cancelled after shipment.
- COD fees, once the order has left our facility.
