At skub, we’re committed to providing a smooth and convenient shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange and return policy from the date of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned items are picked up and pass our quality check.
Important Notes
- Customised items (embroidered or engraved) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Prepaid Orders
- A ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- This fee applies only to returns, not exchanges
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued as skub Gift Cards, sent to your registered email.
- Please note: COD handling charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
- The exchange will begin once the originally delivered item is picked up.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item using a trusted courier.
- The replacement product will be dispatched only after the original item is received and passes our quality inspection.

Return Process
- Returned items are picked up and sent for a quality check.
- Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after the item passes inspection.
- If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may self-ship the item.
