We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Refunds are initiated within 5 days after the returned items are picked up and pass quality checks.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return & Exchange. Our team will review your request within 3 working days. Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 2 working days.

Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item(s) within 2 working days. Returns undergo a quality check, and refunds are initiated within 5 business days of pickup.

• Prepaid Orders: Refund is credited back to the original payment method after a flat deduction of ₹100 for reverse shipping.
