Shipping & Payment Policy

Shipping

• A nominal Cash on Delivery (COD) fee is applicable on all COD orders. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout and in all related emails. Please note: COD charges are non-refundable in case of returns or if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
• The title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon dispatch from Skub to the shipping carrier.
• Standard orders are shipped within 2–3 working days from order confirmation.
• For customised products, please allow 5-8 working days for dispatch.

Delivery Timelines & Process

• Currently, orders are delivered within 5–6 working days from the date of dispatch.
• We do not ship to multiple addresses under one order.
• Any request to change the shipping address must be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed or rerouted.
• Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the courier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
• A delivery confirmation email will be sent once our courier notifies us of a successful delivery.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If you receive a delivery confirmation email but haven’t received the package, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the email. We will not be liable for lost or misplaced packages if informed beyond this time window.

Payment Options

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, Paytm, and select wallets.
• Orders are charged immediately upon confirmation.

Promotional codes and gift vouchers:

• Valid for one-time use only.
• Cannot be transferred, reissued, or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

Order Processing & Cancellations

• Upon successful payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.
• Skub reserves the right to cancel an order within 3 business days of receiving it, under
• exceptional circumstances including (but not limited to):
  • Fabric or trims failing quality checks
  • Insufficient material availability
  • Inability to fulfil special custom instructions
  • Incomplete or unsupported delivery address
    
  • Coupon code misuse
  • Pricing discrepancies due to technical or manual errors
  • Suspicious payment activity or abuse of service

In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded within 3 business days.

Shipping Costs

• All Skub apparel is handcrafted and custom-made in our production facility in India.
• Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Any applicable COD charges are added separately.
