Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 12-day return window from the date of delivery with a return fee. If 12 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• It should be returned with the original packaging and all tags intact.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address other than the one & provided below.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days after passing quality check.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider; processing delays may occur.
3. Reach out to your bank, as posting times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift
  credit equal to the value of the return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
• If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
